Salary: $90,000 annually

The Senior Director of Philanthropy will manage and cultivate relationships with existing major gift prospects, as well as identifying new prospects. An ability to empathize with donors and clearly communicate our organization’s mission is key. You’ll be expected to energize team members and persuade prospects (with data-driven research) to share information about organizational goals that appeal to each donor’s unique mission and show that the organization will be good stewards of their gifts.
