Salary Range: $40,000 or more

The Director of Major Gifts is responsible for the strategic direction and relationship management of key donors giving $5,000 or more to One More Child annually. The Director of Major Gifts is essential to developing, expanding and stewarding major philanthropic support for One More Child.

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree desired. 3-5 years of successful fundraising experience. Experience in public speaking and program presentations. Demonstration of leadership skills. Good working experience in relation to individuals and staff.
