Annual Fund and Alumni Relations Manager

Salary Range:  $49,336 annually

This position is responsible for implementing an external annual giving program, an internal employee campaign, and an alumni giving campaign. Activities will include planning and implementing fundraising and recognition events and appeals, as well as alumni engagement and other cultivation and solicitation activities. Desired skills are excellent writing skills, knowledge of social media (Facebook and Instagram), planning of events and appeals, and familiarity with Raisers Edge or similar software.

The Manager will develop and implement an Annual Fund Plan, outlining objectives, strategies, financial goals, budget, timeline, and evaluation for each component of the program, including events, appeals, campaigns, recognition activities, and approaches to identify new donors. They will track and report progress toward goals. They will also communicate with alumni to connect/reconnect them with College and Foundation events, activities, and resources.
