The Major Gifts Director carries out a development plan targeting individuals, corporations, foundations, associations and government agencies in support of initiatives that help achieve the Tampa YMCA strategic goals. Director is accountable for building/managing a sustainable portfolio of 50-75 donor prospects from the Y membership and local community.
