The Donor Relations Manager is responsible for the creation and management of a well-coordinated individual giving program designated to cultivate and solicit support from individuals and family foundations with a focus on major giving. They will lead or support the planning and execution of fundraising events such as point-of-entry tours, galas and other events as assigned. They will also lead or support the development of communication tools for fundraising and individual donor solicitation and stewardship (i.e., talking points, scripts, presentations, videos, testimonies, etc.). This position will be accountable for developing and managing budgets while growing revenues and managing expenses. The revenue goal for this position is $700,000.
