Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will be responsible for establishing and building a fundraising program for LUMCON, including individual, corporate and foundation gifts from local, regional and national sources.

We are seeking a senior-level development professional with 7+ years of demonstrated experience in leading and developing successful fundraising programs.
