Central Florida Hillel (CFH) is seeking a Development Manager who personifies the old dictum that “fundraising is the gentle art of teaching the joy of giving.” The Development Manager will work with the Director of Development to ensure that Central Florida Hillel develops the financial resources necessary to sustain and expand ongoing operations and successfully completes fundraising goals. 

The ideal candidate will be a creative and organized individual with demonstrated professional success running fundraising campaigns, volunteer relations, database management, grant research, and prospect management. They must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be capable of working both independently and as a team. Knowledge of the Florida Jewish communities is strongly preferred, but not required.
