Senior Manager of Development

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 annually

Develops proposals, grant applications, reports, presentations and other documents that serve to secure and/or maintain various funding streams. Maintain a portfolio of approximately 20-40 major gift donors. Manage a portfolio of principal gift prospects, coordinated with UF development practices. Coordinate all fundraising activities, including identification, qualification, assignment of prospects, as well as cultivation, solicitation, closure, and stewardship.
