Salary Range: $90,000 - negotiable based upon skills and talent

The Executive Director is responsible for fundraising and creating conditions for financial success to support the mission of The Arc Tampa Bay Foundation. The Executive Director cultivates and maintains positive relationships with current and potential donors and works collaboratively with the Board of Trustees of the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to: investigating and developing corporate giving opportunities, managing and increasing individual giving, creating the organization’s annual report, oversees and collaborates with staff responsible for fundraising events, and working with individual Board members to create annual giving plans.
