Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsible for managing all development initiatives and creating a strong presence in the community for a local non-profit organization. Duties include overseeing donor relations and retention, sponsorship acquisition and retention, stewardship, creating and executing donor cultivation plans, attending professional networking groups and events in the community, creating and executing fundraising campaigns, overseeing third party and cause marketing campaigns, overseeing database management, overseeing annual budgets and managing the staff of the development team.
