Salary Range: $115,000-$120,000

The Senior Administrator of Development will lead the Lastinger Center's Strategic fundraising efforts as the Administrator of Florida’s New Worlds Reading Initiative (NWRI) to ensure that tax credit and general philanthropic contribution goals are met annually to support and sustain the program. The candidate will oversee the development team, setting strategic and annual goals for business planning while managing and supervising professional staff and programs. Location: Gainesville preferred, but Florida required.
