Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually

The Grants Director is responsible for researching, identifying, writing grant applications, and developing new and existing grant funding sources, with emphasis on multi-year government and private foundation grants.

The Grants Director is also the primary grant management resource for Empath Health and its member organizations, supporting senior management to ensure the agency utilizes funding and administers grant-funded programs in compliance with regulations and policies. Additionally, this position has responsibility for convening and supporting ad-hoc committees and task forces in the agency and in the community to formulate grant funding concepts and proposals for Empath Health.
