Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

The Director of Development is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all of HSP’s fundraising, including the major gifts program, annual fund, planned giving, special events and capital campaigns. This position manages a staff of three. The revenue goal for this position is $700,000.
