Associate Director of Philanthropy

Bok Tower Gardens - Lake Wales, Florida

Salary Range:  $55,000 - $65,000 annually

The Associate Director of Philanthropy’s primary responsibility is to develop and nurture annual support while serving the greater development goals of Bok Tower Gardens. The scope of responsibilities of this position includes identification, cultivation, and solicitation of annual donors, mid-and higher-level members, and other stakeholders.

In addition, this position is responsible for development services related to annual giving and subsequent donor relations programs. Direct mail, e-solicitations, and personal solicitations are key functions of this role. This position will work cross-departmentally to reach goals and help to build a Gardens-wide culture of philanthropic support.
