Hermitage Artist Retreat - Englewood, FL

Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 annually

Reporting to the Development Director, the Grants Manager will be fully accountable for a portfolio of existing grants and developing a larger portfolio of grants that are aligned with the mission. Duties include managing overall grant efforts; writing and submitting all government, foundation, and other eligible grants; identifying new sources of grant funding; optimizing the grants administration process; progress reports; compliance with grant regulations and expectations; reviewing proposals; managing the grants database; fostering relationships ; and preparing financial reports.
