Under the direction of the President/ CEO, the VP of Philanthropy oversees/manages the organizations’ fundraising/communication strategy, development/execution, and provides leadership for the development/communications staff. The VP serves as the primary donor relationship manager for the organization overseeing fundraising, communication/donor relations. Provides direct supervision to the members of the department staff.
