Under direction of the VP of Development TGH Foundation, the Assistant Director of Development will develop creative and innovative strategies to identify, cultivate, track, solicit and steward individuals, corporations and foundations capable of making gifts of $25,000+ to the Foundation. Is responsible for developing robust donor pipeline development strategies to ensure a more fluid identification and cultivation process is sustained. Works with campaign consultant(s) and development team in strategizing for capital campaigns and solicits and secures leadership annual giving-level and major gift-level contributions for the campaign. Works and travels as necessary to successfully meet established goals and objectives.
