the Youth Initiatives & Partnership Director is responsible for shaping a new neighborhood-based initiative that seeks to expand Out-Of-School Time (OST) educational and enrichment opportunities for children, youth and families of Wimauma. Specifically, the Youth Initiatives & Partnership Director will design, facilitate and manage a community-led effort that will identify opportunities for using existing community assets and resources that can become part of a larger continuum of services system capable of serving the needs of the population effectively.
