The Grant Compliance Manager will oversee the grants compliance and programmatic reporting requirements on assigned grants and contracts for the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg. This position will monitor the details of all assigned Youth Development grants, assists in supervised site visits, facilitates staff trainings to ensure compliance grant mandates, completes documentation and reports aligned with the requirements of each grant funder, and assists in analyzing grant performance on an ongoing basis. The Grant Compliance Manager will communicate with the grant funders on a timely and meaningful basis, to maintain a positive partnership.
