The Director of Development is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive development program which includes annual giving, major gifts and planned giving that support the development strategy for the Children’s Dream Fund. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development is responsible for setting and achieving the agency’s fundraising goals and engaging current and potential donors on an ongoing basis. The Director of Development works with the Director of Special Events to coordinate sponsorship of events. The Director of Development works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors and fundraising volunteers to enhance and support the overall mission of the organization and to assure that ample funds are generated to support children’s dreams.
