Founded days after the Pulse night club shooting, the Alliance includes over Central Florida 30 LGBTQ+ and ally organizations and serves as a collaborative model to build welcoming and inclusive communities for all LGBTQ+ people. Key skills: collaborative leadership; financial management; fundraising; communication; programming; operations; promotion of inclusion and anti-oppression.
