The Director of Philanthropy will work closely with the Executive Director and Development Team to plan and implement strategy for individual annual, major, and special, targeted giving programs through strategic donor relationship management (cultivate, solicit, steward, upgrade) to meet short and long term goals of the organization. Working with Board members, volunteers and staff, the Director of Philanthropy plays a critical role in increasing individual donor and foundation support and acts as an ambassador for Empath Health across the community.
