The Area Director is an exempt position responsible for managing a defined service territory, achieving fundraising goals to support education, and advocacy. Key responsibilities:

•Develop/Manage area budget and finances including create and implement plan to exceed development goals.
•Recruit, train, and supervise manager to meet or exceed development goals.
