For over 20 years, hundreds of communities across North America have come together to recognize the countless ways philanthropy has affected our world. National Philanthropy Day (NPD) is celebrated by numerous fundraisers, government leaders, businesses and individuals who wish to honor all the contributions philanthropy has made. NPD provides an opportunity to reflect on the meaning of giving and all that it has accomplished, as well as what there still is to do.

Save the Date - November 18, 2008

This year, join us as we honor the many men, women, youth and corporations, who make a difference throughout our communities each and every day with a giving heart.  We will be joined by the 1991 NPD Philanthropist of the Year, Frederick E. Fisher, himself a Tampa Bay and state-wide philanthropist.  Gayle Sierens again will host this years celebration in which over six hundred are expected to attend.
